As Head NAG, I currently take the 30min small group personal training sessions. Here's my WHY?
I didn’t want to open ‘any’ gym.
I wanted to create a space where people can turn up, have fun, make friends but also have a short 30 minute sessions to which they get pushed to the max.
Inches have already been lost, confidence gained and friendships have begun.
