For March only, we are bringing you PAYG sessions to show Chertsey what we are all about.
Sessions are based on a HIIT template. HIIT is scientifically one of the best ways to train. It is time efficient, fat burning and by adding some weights, muscle building too. The way in which your heart rate goes high and then recovers, encourages your body to continue burning calories at a higher rate for longer than lets say a 30 minute jog on the treadmill.
Groups are small, meaning the coach has eyes on you for the whole 30 minute session. Correcting and adapting, pushing and rewarding. You can work at your own pace, without feeling any pressure.
PAYG is just £10 and anyone can join any session.
