2) A plan is created as you have now identified how committed you are and what you need to change. Your chat with Philippa has detailed how much training and support you may need, including food.
3) Join the community. We are a friendly bunch who share achievements, recipes and lean on each other for motivation.
4) Choose either a 3 month contract (from £47 per month) or a 1 year contract (from £40 per month.
5) Decide how many group personal training sessions per week you want. You can top these up weekly, PAYG, or upgrade at any time.
6) Watch the results!
