What do you get with a NAG MEMBERSHIP?
UNLIMITED small group training. Currently the studio is open 6 days per week, with early and mid morning sessions, lunchtime, early afternoon and evening sessions. In and out of lockdown, there are plenty of online sessions and challenges to get stuck in to.
This is YOUR club...if you want a session that is not on the timetable, just ask and we'll put it on for you.
Whatever you need. Food, motivation, encouragement. I'm here and so are your new NAG friends.

1) Consultation. Philippa will talk you through what you want to achieve, when by, why and how to get there.
2) A plan is created as you have now identified how committed you are and what you need to change. Your chat with Philippa has detailed how much training and support you may need, including food.
3) Join the community. We are a friendly bunch who share achievements, recipes and lean on each other for motivation. This is key to your success.
