EXPRESS YOGA

An exciting flow based class.

A great lunchtime brain boost to invigorate yourself for the afternoon. Mon, Wed, Fri 12:00

HIIT TO HEAVEN

A 30 minute HIIT training session then into the yoga studio for 30 minutes of Yoga.

Weds 17:30 and 18:30

FRIDAY FLOW DOWN

A warm, candlelit and mellow class to help wind your week down.

JAI DEE MUAY THAI AND YOGA

MUAY THAI YOGA FUSE

 Warm up with Yoga, followed by Muay Thai combos and bodyweight exercises in a HIIT style format.

HOT YOGA

Reach poses you never thought you could. So if you think you can't do Yoga because you can't reach your toes, give this class a go.

WAKE UP CALL

Start the day right with some early morning Yoga. All levels welcome.

MUAY THAI HIIT

Push yourself with this Muay Thai HIIT class. Explore the basics of Muay Thai with a World Champion and get put through your paces.
