WHAT IS "NAG" ALL ABOUT?

Current activity guidelines are to do 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical per week. No time? Turn that into HIIT training and the guidelines drop to 75 minutes per week.

NAG is all about making this accessible to those who struggle to fit this in. Or who are not motivated to go to the gym. Or simply need someone to tell them what to do!

The NAG communtiy support each other, cheer each other on, share ideas and recipes.

GROUP TRAINING

 30 minute group personal training sessions are based on a HIIT training template. This is proven as one of the most effective training methods in the world, allowing more time to hit the shower and get on with the day. 

You are GUARANTEED to burn fat and build muscle. Due to the way your heart rate spikes and falls, you'll burn caloires at a higher rate for hours after your session.

NUTRITION

Fueling well is essential for well being and for your body to be efficient. Small changes can make a massive difference.
