WHAT IS "NAG" ALL ABOUT?
We've got you covered!
This is an inclusive club...everyone is welcome. You will feel safe, unexposed and on a level playing field. Unlimited training with a coach, a coach who knows you and your level. Loads of help with food. Insentives. New friendships. Alot of laughs.
NAG will keep you motivated with a friendly, fun vibe which keeps you coming back. You'll earn points for every effort, in or out of the studio. You may even start to enjoy exercise!

The NAG communtiy support each other, cheer each other on, share ideas and recipes.

And most people think they don't have time! NAG sessions are effective, using heart rate monitors so you only need 30 mins.

PILATES
If practiced with consistency, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. The core, consisting of the muscles of the abdomen, lower back and hips, is often called the "powerhouse" and is the key to a person's stability. Pilates' system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced or to any other level. Intensity can be increased over time as the body adapts itself to the exercises.
GROUP TRAINING
30 minute group personal training sessions are based on a HIIT training template. This is proven as one of the most effective training methods in the world, allowing more time to hit the shower and get on with the day.
You are GUARANTEED to burn fat and build muscle. Due to the way your heart rate spikes and falls, you'll burn caloires at a higher rate for hours after your session.
NUTRITION
Fueling well is essential for well being and for your body to be efficient. Small changes can make a massive difference.

Regular body composition measurements, to include body fat percentage and muscle mass.
